Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Dimena Skincare, we prioritize hygiene, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. Due to the personal and usable nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@dimenaskincare.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

  • If you successfully cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

While we do not accept returns for opened or used products, we will replace or refund products that:

  • Arrive damaged in transit
  • Are incorrect compared to your order
    If this occurs, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
